From obtaining internationally recognised certifications to making our mark at major industry events, and from laying the foundations through technical training to upgrading our service systems, every step bears the mark of the WALE team’s hands-on approach. Let us now look back together on the achievements of 2025:

This year, WALE contour measuring instrument successfully secured Schaeffler’s B&IS quality certification—the first such certification granted by Schaeffler in Asia since 1995. This achievement underscores WALE’s core technical expertise in the field of precision measurement, its rigorous quality management system and global service capabilities, and has earned the company the full recognition of leading international manufacturers.

This year, the WALE Dealer Conference and New Product Launch Event concluded successfully in the ancient capital of Xi’an. This grand event not only showcased WALE’s innovative achievements and technical expertise in the field of precision measurement, but also, through in-depth interaction and strategic consensus, strengthened the foundations of collaboration between the manufacturer and its dealers, marking the beginning of a new chapter in market expansion.

This year, WALE made appearances at numerous industry trade shows, showcasing its high-efficiency, low-cost automation solutions, measurement solutions for humanoid robots using planetary ball screws, measurement solutions for torque patterns on electric vehicle motor shafts, high-load cylindricity measurement solutions, and its flagship product range.

At the exhibition stand, live demonstrations of precision measuring instrument vividly showcase our technical capabilities, whilst in-depth discussions on customized solutions convey our professional dedication—this is precisely the essence of the ‘Era of Excellence’: not merely a collection of slogans, but the confidence that every component can withstand rigorous inspection from every angle; ; a firm commitment to 10,000 hours of continuous, fault-free operation; and, above all, a shift in value from ‘usable’ to ‘trustworthy’.

This year, the WALE Technology team dedicated themselves to deepening their skills and gaining a deeper understanding of customer needs, successfully organizing a four-day comprehensive technical training programme. All key personnel, including overseas sales representatives and engineers, came together for a training and study programme focused on practical application, skill development and deepening customer understanding, laying a solid foundation for the precise improvement of service quality and efficiency, and the creation of a more professional customer service system.

This year, the WALE Guangdong Office and the Yandian Service Centre have completed their relocation and upgrade. With this new location marking a fresh start, we are committed to serving our clients with renewed vigour, providing them with even higher-quality and more efficient customized services.

This year, WALE successfully hosted a number of cutting-edge seminars focusing on bearing measurement technology, during which it provided in-depth insights into precision measurement techniques for bearing waviness and end-to-end control solutions, highlighting their direct value in enhancing bearing NVH performance.

Over the past year, WALE’s headquarters welcomed over a hundred groups of technical experts from various fields, both domestic and international. Through in-depth face-to-face discussions, we were able to pinpoint technical requirements with precision and tailor solutions that better met their needs.
